Reed are currently working with an established, successful Financial Adviser company who are seeking an experienced Sales Support due to growth within the team.
As a Sales Support you will provide first-class administrative support service to the team, clients, and providers.
Key duties / Skills:
2 years Financial Services experience
Experience using Intelligent office
Booking client and internal meetings
Preparing and sending client letters and emails Completion of application forms, new client forms & related admin
Submitting New business applications and chasing for all new client applications until project is complete, whilst keeping adviser and client informed
Provision of Annual reviews to advisers prior to their meetings
Assisting team and clients with all admin matters
