This outstanding independent ASD specialist boys school is able to accommodate an additional teacher due to increased pupil numbers from January 2021
You will be a Primary Teacher who is able to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils with Autism to achieve and succeed. Teaching boys with ASD from year 1 to year 3

Provide a disciplined and stimulating learning environment in which all pupils can feel safe within and succeed in learning
Be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with Autistic pupils
Lead interventions and strategies and ASC/BESD pupils
Manage behaviour effectively
Monitor, assess and record student progress
Promote a culture of high expectations
Contribute to the development of schemes of work
You must have QTS or QTLS and experience of delivering the primary curriculum and working with children with SEN, ideally Autism.
No NQT's - the school are unable to support NQT's this academic year.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
Based in rural Horsham. You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
